You don’t have to have the largest house on the block to show off your exterior. Properly selected colors can easily bring out the best in your trim and siding!
This small home in Cedar Rapids started as a peeling, sun bleached blue and ended with three tone SW Latte accented by bright white trim. The original pillars on the deck were left after the recent deck replacement allowing some of the original character and wood figuring to stand out. The peak switched from plank wood to fishscale paneling allowing for some fun alternating paint colors.
The final result brings out the best in the architecture and makes a small house feel larger and richer.
