We had a chance to remodel a North Liberty condo getting it ready for the market! After the initial consultation we decided to prioritize flooring and walls. We also needed to replace the main bath’s tub. The floor of the tub had several holes that weren’t easily patched so a new tub with surround seemed like the best option.

After pulling trim and installing vinyl flooring we had carpet laid in the bedrooms, hallway and living room. The final product turned out wonderful. The unit sold the first day on the market for well over list price.
